FHIR seminar

What role will/can FHIR play for HealthTech Nordic members? Due to a large interest, the event which ran in Gothenburg in September is coming to Lund.

FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) is the healthcare information standard on which pretty much the entire industry has agreed to build their information exchange functionality, world-wide as well as in the NordicsAll companies that wish its product to be a good citizen in a near-future healthcare information ecosystem should therefore take a close look at FHIR and consider including it in their application roadmap.

  • Example: Sweden’s Nationella läkemedelslistan (NLL, The National Medication List)
  • Example: Cerner Millenium and FHIR
  • Example: Apple HealthKit and FHIR
  • Example: HAPI (java – reference impl), Firely (.net), Assymetrix (JS/node)

The dialogue format ensures that the content is valid for those attending.
