OCTOBER 25 – WORKSHOP
The workshop is specially for startup members in early stage and business development phase. Sahlgrenska Science Park, Medicinaregatan 8A, Gothenburg, Sweden.
12:00-13:00 – Lunch
13:00-17:30 – Workshop on business model iteration and introduction of metrics with Smile’s Health2B Accelerator
The workshop will introduce the 6P model for ”Pivot or Persevere” decisions during the continuous iteration of your business model in early phases, as well as the Explore Card, a 3 layer (Impact Goal, Growth Bet, Continuous Experiment Targets) meaningful metric tool for defining and then tracking if you are making meaningful progress.
